Job Description
* Provide insight, challenge, and strategic financial guidance to support supply chain operations and decision‑making.
* Partner with key stakeholders to identify cost‑saving opportunities and implement process improvements.
* Own manufacturing and cost accounting, inventory control, overhead and production analysis, and investment controlling.
* Lead site annual budgets, standard costing, forecasts, and IBP cycles, including capex and cost‑saving initiatives.
* Deliver accurate and timely month‑end close, reporting, forecasting, and analysis.
* Maintain a strong internal control environment, ensuring compliance with audit, inventory, and asset governance requirements.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Supply Chain Finance Business Partner should have:
* A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
* Professional accounting qualifications (CA, CPA, or equivalent).
* Proven experience within the FMCG industry or a similar fast‑paced environment.
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
* Experience with ERP and supply chain systems with JD Edwards experience highly regarded.
* Exposure to Integrated Business Planning (IBP) is desirable.
