Our client is seeking an experienced centre director to oversee the day-to-day operations of this beautiful service in the Gippsland region.This is a large, integrated service connected with a local primary school in the Gippsland region.
The centre is community-focused, supporting a diverse group of children and families, including many from vulnerable backgrounds.
The team is passionate and supportive.
This is a fantastic prospect to join a service that offers support and resources you need to succeed and grow in your new role as a Centre Director.
Working alongside a longstanding 2iC you will have hands on support alongside a handover with the current service director.
In an off-floor position you will have time and resources to ensure the smooth operations of the service while also having time to mentor and support your team.
