Key Responsibilities
* Plan, manage and execute the delivery of ILS supportability engineering activities
* Provide leadership to a small ILS supportability engineering team, coach and develop personnel, ensuring services provided meet business objectives
* Oversee, provide direction and support in the development of Maintenance Task Analysis (MTA), Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM) Analysis, Level of Repair Analysis (LORA), and Failure Mode Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA)
* Act as a point of contact and provide ILS supportability engineering advice to customers and other key internal and external stakeholders
* Identify and investigate ILS supportability engineering problems and risks, formulating strategies for their resolution
* Act as the design acceptance representative for the ILS supportability engineering activities
* Drive culture of ILS supportability engineering best practice, efficiency and continuous improvement
