Maven Dental Southport is on the lookout for a passionate and skilled Dental Assistant/Receptionist to join us on a journey of dental excellence, innovation, and genuine care.This role is available Tuesday to Friday.Job DescriptionAs the first point of contact for our patients, our highly regarded Dental Receptionist will play a crucial role in ensuring our patients receive the highest level of care.
Your varied responsibilities will include:Greet patients and visitors.Schedule appointments, process payments and health insurance claims.Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.Manage patient files and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.Maintain a clean and organized work environment.QualificationsProven dental experience in a reception role.Strong communication and customer service skills.An ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and practice management software.Detail-oriented and highly organised.Additional InformationWhy Maven Dental Southport?
