About The Role
We're looking for a
Customer Service Team Leader
to join our
Transport Team
in
Lytton, QLD
on a
Permanent Full-Time basis
. You'll be part of a small friendly team supporting customers across Queensland and New South Wales. This role involves leading, training, and supporting the team to ensure a positive and efficient customer experience.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of Coogee's product range
Provide leadership, training, and development to the customer services team
Develop and support a positive team culture of continuous improvement
Review and improve systems and processes
Contact customers via phone and email regarding orders and deliveries (e.g. customer queries; delivery allocations; proof of delivery)
Ensure delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of customer queries and coordinating with other departments
Ensure a high level of accuracy in data entry, customer records and delivery information across the team
The Successful Candidate Will Have
Previous experience with customer service in a leadership role
The ability to build long-term internal and external relationships
Good levels of computer and administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
Experience in data management systems
Knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite or other data entry system (highly regarded)
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with time sensitive deadlines
Strong communication with excellent written, verbal, and phone skills
