Job Overview
Casual community registered nurses are sought for flexible hours in a community setting. As a key member of our care team, you will manage and administer nursing care to clients in their homes, delivering high-quality, client-focused care.
* Administer and coordinate comprehensive nursing care services to clients within their homes
* Develop and implement effective individualized care plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client
* Provide skilled nursing care to patients with various medical conditions, including wound and catheter care, PICC, IV, and Vac dressing
* Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
* Current registration with relevant professional bodies
* Excellent time management and organisation skills, with ability to prioritise tasks effectively
* Highly developed interpersonal skills, with ability to communicate effectively with clients and healthcare professionals
