We are seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to perform/assist with the preventative maintenance, repair, and servicing of BIS/Customer owned mobile plant and longwall equipment while on customer sites or in the Bis workshop as required.

Responsibilities:
* Performing breakdown repairs, scheduled servicing, and preventative maintenance on underground mining equipment.
* Diagnosing and rectifying faults to ensure equipment reliability.
* Working both underground and on surface to maintain equipment.
* Completing all job-related documentation accurately and on time.
* Collaborating with site supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations.
* Adhering to safety procedures, mine site regulations, and company policies.
Requirements:
* Heavy Vehicle Trade Certification (Diesel Fitter/Mechanic)
* Demonstrated experience on underground mining equipment (mobile & longwall)
* Current RII DES certification and proven competency
* CP Status (Competent Person)
* Knowledge of mine safety regulations and site compliance
* The ability to work independently and within a team
* Willingness to travel and work in various field locations
