Your new role
We are looking for a Customer Solution Representative to join us.
- Managing both inbound and outbound calls with customers who have made complaints
- Investigating the circumstances relating to a customer's complaint and liaising with other departments to identify correct policies & processes
- Using sound judgment and decision-making to recommend actions to be taken to resolve customer complaints
- Completing all relevant administration and documentation
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous or current Customer Service/ Collections experience
- Experience managing and responding to customer complaints
- Proven experience being self-motivated and results-driven with an ability to work under own initiative
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with difficult customers and build relationships at all levels
