Together, we are fearless in our pursuit of making lasting change for the children and communities who need it most.

A place to make a difference: In this full-time, maximum-term role, you'll work as a part of our Partnerships and Resources Mobilization team to help us create lasting change for children everywhere. The Partnerships and Resources Mobilisation Manager plays an important role in delivering on our vision of a better world for children. Whether it's leading priority donor accounts, driving opportunity identification or steering the implementation of the IP Business Development Strategy 2025–2027, you'll be contributing to our commitment to children in Australia, the Pacific and around the world.

Responsibilities

* Leading account management and capture for priority institutional donors (e.g. DFAT, GPE, ECW, ADB, World Bank).
* Driving opportunity identification, pipeline health and Big Bet capture using data dashboards and AI-enabled tools.
* Partnering with internal design teams, Country Offices and Members to secure high-quality, financially sound awards.
* Supporting the growth of blended and innovative finance opportunities with DFIs, facilities and catalytic philanthropies.
* Representing SCA at donor meetings, conferences and strategic forums to position SCA as a partner of choice.
* Strengthening BD and capture capability across International Programs through coaching and structured learning.

Requirements

* 5+ years securing funding from government donors, multilaterals, corporates and/or foundations.
* Demonstrated experience analysing funding landscapes and developing funding strategies.
* Experience leading and writing competitive institutional proposals, including cost recovery and pricing frameworks.
* Strong analytical, communication, relationship-building and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
* Ability to use CRM systems, dashboards and AI-enabled tools for donor intelligence and pipeline management.

We are diverse personalities, backgrounds and talents, embracing our differences as one strong and united team. We see and celebrate the unique value you bring to our organisation, and offer a range of rewards for your effort, including:

* Opportunity to work on additional projects to enable you to stretch and feel connected to programs in a different way.
* Individual learning plans to help map and deliver on your career development.
* Internal employment and development opportunities.
* Support for workplace wellness, including access to our free, confidential Employee Wellbeing Program.
* Celebrate and feel supported in your diversity. We've established internal networks to support our diverse workforce, foster inclusion and allow you to bring your whole self to work (if that's what you want!).
