Job Description Summary
Reporting to the National Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing high‐quality property and facilities management goods and services. You'll champion social procurement outcomes, engage diverse suppliers, and contribute to year‐on‐year cost reductions.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and review procurement plans and strategies aligned with WoAG policies
* Source and manage services, materials, and goods tailored to each entity
* Lead transition activities for procured services
* Drive cost savings through innovation and process improvements
* Maintain detailed procurement records and pipelines
* Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Engage and manage contractors, ensuring performance and compliance
* Promote Indigenous and diverse supplier engagement
* Ensure sustainable and ethical procurement practices
* Represent C&W in bid responses and social procurement forums
What We're Looking For
* 3–5 years' experience in procurement or supply chain management, ideally in building services
* Proven contractor management and performance monitoring skills
* Strong financial acumen and cost reduction achievements
* Experience promoting supplier diversity and social enterprise engagement
* Proficiency in eTendering platforms (e.g., Tenderlink), MS Office, and reporting tools like PowerBI
* Familiarity with Rapid Global, JDE, Converga is a plus
