A leading financial services organisation is undergoing a major transformation program within its Chief Transformation Office. As part of this strategic uplift, they are seeking an experienced Product Owner to help shape and deliver a future-state operating model within their Mortgages division.
Your new role
As the Product Owner, you will be responsible for maximising value and readiness across the Mortgages Future State program. You will play a key role in shaping, defining, and governing the target-state operating model, ensuring alignment between Technology delivery, operational change initiatives, and business adoption activities.
Key responsibilities include
* Defining and governing the target operating model for the Mortgages Future State.
* Ensuring alignment across Technology, Change, and Business teams.
* Leading readiness, go-to-market planning, benefits tracking, and reporting.
* Supporting a smooth customer and colleague transition.
* Working collaboratively across squads to ensure migration readiness and effective adoption.
* Building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
What you'll need to succeed
* Experience within the financial services sector in an Agile environment.
* Demonstrated Product Owner experience.
* Proven capability in business readiness, adoption, and go-to-market planning.
* Strong transition planning and end-to-end delivery experience.
* Skills in data management, reporting, and benefits tracking.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
