**About the role**
As the People & Culture Administrator, your primary focus in this role will be to provide support to the People & Culture (P&C) team in administrative activities across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employment changes and offboarding activity within our HRIS system (Dayforce).
Your key responsibilities in this role will include, but are not limited to:
- Creating contracts and letter adjustments.
- Manage and maintain employee data in an accurate and confidential manner.
- Manage the Employee Recognition program.
- Support the delivery of our Employee Benefits offerings.
- Providing support on ad hoc P&C projects, as required.
- Liaise with internal and external key stakeholders, particularly P&C Business Partners and the Talent Team; as well as our external system vendor (Ceridian), when required.
- This role will require you to be in the office on Tuesday and Wednesday with the wider P&C team. There may be a requirement for out of hours support calls due to time zones (mostly within AEST)._

You'll bring to this role:
- Previous experience working within a People & Culture function with understanding of key HR processes such as Recruitment, Onboarding, Payroll, L&D performance, and Compensation.
- Solid experience working in a similar administration role within a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
- Robust working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to troubleshoot and build strong effective working relationships with the key internal and external shareholders is essential.
- Solid planning, organisation, analytical and decision-making skills.
- Sound project management knowledge.
- Capability to provide confidentiality, tact and discretion when working with sensitive data/information.
