Chisholm is seeking an experienced Curriculum Senior Development Specialist for our Cambodia project team. Belonging & Inclusion

About The Role
* Lead review and update of IT Networking & Programming diploma framework with Directorate General of Technical Vocational Education and Training (DGTVET), National Training Board (NTB) and industry.
* Develop new and/or upgraded competency-based modular training diploma programs.
* Review with the representatives of private sector/ industry, DGTVET, NTB, Sector Skills Council (SSC), designated teachers etc. the course framework developed for diploma program in IT Networking/ Programming and updating the same.
* Provide strategic oversight for ICT lab design, equipment selection and implementation.
* Prepare the Competency-based Training (CBT) modules including course standard, detailed curriculum, training plan, training notes and PPT, assessment plan, question bank, practical exercises and tests, student workbook and handouts etc. - all duly adopted to Cambodia requirements.
* Develop and deliver at least 10 short industry-relevant ICT courses and mentor and build the capacity of trainers to deliver ICT CBT programs at a high standard.
* Prepare the list of equipment, their detailed technical specifications, required quantities and costing including for furniture for each lab, workshop and classroom required for implementation of diploma program in IT Networking/ Programming and the related short courses.
About You
You are a highly motivated individual with well-developed skills with experience in Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) and education sector reform. You have demonstrated expertise in competency-based training design, curriculum, assessment and implementation and have proven experience in international project management with donors and government agencies. You are recognised as a principal specialist with ability to provide authoritative advice at policy and strategy level and have strong leadership across multicultural teams and have excellent written and spoken English abilities.
Qualifications Required For The Role
* Postgraduate degree in IT or related discipline.
Eligibility
* Must be able to travel freely and intermittently to Cambodia and are willing to obtain a passport that is valid for the entire duration of the contracted period plus six months.
* Are required to work in Cambodia for a negotiated time fraction between 0.3 and 0.7FTE.
