This role is suited to someone confident managing their own portfolio who is seeking strong structure, flexibility, and long-term stability.
About the Role You'll be managing a well-maintained portfolio with your choice of structure — 180-200 properties.
You'll also receive commissions for any new business you bring in.
While the contract notes 1 in 4 Saturdays, no Property Manager has worked weekends for years — and if you do, it's paid.
