We are looking for our next technical support superstar.
This role will suit an ambitious, tech savvy, self-motivated team player who is looking for an entry level role with plenty of opportunities for career growth in the electronic security industry. As a Technical Support Agent, you will support Trantech's wide range of customers and partners through delivering quality, first level support.

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Becoming the point of contact for new and existing technical support questions
- Assisting where required in configuring customer solutions
- Investigating any problems reported by users and finding resolutions
- Maintaining RMA case history and the RMA process & details
- Assist with developing our internal knowledge base including written articles and how to videos
- Technical Support plays a vital role in the customer's relationship with Trantech Security so providing fantastic customer service is a must
**Qualifications & experience**
- Great communication abilities and a desire to help people
- A strong work ethic with a desire to deliver the quality service that our customers expect
- Analytical approach to problem-solving & a keen desire to learn about new technologies
- An understanding of the Windows Operating System, web browsers and basic networking is desired but not essential
- Knowledge of and exposure to CCTV & camera technologies is desired but not essential
