The RoleThis is a key leadership role supporting this government organisations mission to deliver expert project management consulting services. You'll oversee the end-to-end delivery of building projects, ensuring outcomes meet client expectations and organisational targets. Responsibilities
* Lead and manage all phases of building project delivery: pre-design, design, documentation, contract administration, and post-construction.
* Coordinate project teams, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
* Provide expert contract coordination across traditional and non-traditional systems.
* Ensure projects meet scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards while supporting profitability targets.
* Engage and manage communication with all project team members to ensure effective collaboration.
* Lead negotiations with consultants, authorities, clients, and contractors to deliver value-for-money solutions.
* Monitor project performance, generate exception reports, and conduct audits as needed.
* Support senior leadership in determining service fees and client billing approvals.
* Uphold quality assurance procedures and contribute to continuous improvement.
