Full-time Speech Pathologist Role
This role is based in Murray Bridge, South Australia. You will be working with individuals who require assistance with communication and swallowing needs.
As a member of our dynamic multi-disciplinary team, you will be providing high-quality assessments and interventions to meet the unique needs of our clients.
You will be responsible for crafting personalized treatment and therapy plans to cater to the diverse requirements of our clientele.
Additionally, you will participate in support planning processes to ensure effective coordinated service provision that meets clients' needs.
Liaise with relevant persons in the client's environment regarding implications and management of eating, drinking or communication needs.
* Required Skills:
* Currently registered with Speech Pathology Australia
* Current driver's license (cars provided)
* Passionate about supporting people with a disability to achieve their goals
* Honest and integrity in carrying out your role, demonstrating genuine respect for all people regardless of their disability, culture, age, gender, sexual orientation
* Experienced in applying evidence-based practice frameworks to assess, plan, deliver and evaluate clinical supports
* Able to work in a flexible, person-centred and strengths based way across a diverse range of settings to meet client needs
