Full Time Role

being offered as a Website Administrator, responsible for owning and managing Sadaqa Welfare Fund's (SWF) web presence, its subsidiaries and other businesses that may be directly or indirectly associated with SWF or its owners/director. This role will lead the high-level strategic alignment of the Sadaqa Welfare Fund brand, projects, initiatives and other businesses to achieve maximum impact.

The role requires a self-starter with a can-do attitude. The position requires proficiency in website management, with a focus on coordination and communication with cross functional teams. This is a fully office-based role and does not offer any remote or hybrid working options.

Maintain and manage the charity's website to ensure it remains up to date, accurate, secure, and continuously available.

* Publish and update content related to programs, appeals, events, and impact reports
* Manage domains, hosting, email integrations, and SSL certificates
* Support fundraising campaigns, event registrations and management, and volunteer sign-ups through web platforms
* Track website analytics including preparation of monthly website and app reporting, donor engagement metrics, and campaign performance
* Coordinate with marketing, events, and donor management teams
* Communicate and coordinate with projects team for upcoming campaigns and projects to keep web content up to date
* Troubleshoot technical issues and liaise with tech team
* Maintain document libraries, annual reports, and compliance disclosures online
* Ensure brand consistency across web pages and digital content
* Support integration with CRM, accounting, and donor management systems


About you

The ideal candidate will possess excellent skills in designing and delivering innovative Social Media Marketing campaigns promoting organisational products and services.

Demonstrated track record in website administration, web management, or related digital platform roles

At least 5 years of professional experience managing and maintaining websites

Skilled in setting up and managing data integrations between internal systems and external platforms (including APIs, CSV feeds, middleware, etc.)

Strong problem-solving ability for web, platform, and integration-related technical issues

Experience creating digital content, including writing copy and coordinating design elements

Comfortable working with software developers, project teams, and non-technical stakeholders to document workflows and system requirements

Advanced proficiency in Excel and handling data accurately with strong attention to detail

Solid analytical skills, able to interpret data and provide actionable insights

Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other web technologies

Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments

Prior experience in a similar sector or industry is considered a plus
