About the Role
As Store Manager, you'll lead from the front - inspiring your team to deliver exceptional service, drive results and bring the fun every day. You'll own the performance of the store and play a key part in the brand's continued growth.
You will:
* Lead, motivate and develop a passionate team
* Drive sales results and ensure strong KPI performance
* Deliver an exceptional customer journey at every touchpoint
* Champion visual merchandising and brand storytelling in-store
* Maintain operational excellence including stock, rostering & payroll
* Recruit, train and build a high-performance culture
* Create a fun, inclusive and empowering environment for your team and customers
Who We're Looking For
* A proven Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager from beauty, skincare, fragrance or personal care retail
* A confident leader with strong coaching skills and a hands-on approach
* Results-driven with experience achieving KPIs and sales targets
* Passionate about self-care, wellness and fun customer experiences
* A natural people-person with excellent communication and energy
