Job Description
* Lead end-to-end delivery of a Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation
* Manage the external implementation partner and internal stakeholders
* Facilitate workshops to gather and translate business requirements
* Oversee configuration, integrations, testing, and go-live activities
* Manage project plans, schedules, risks, and issues
* Coordinate UAT, defect resolution, and re-testing cycles
* Oversee data migration to ensure accuracy and completeness
* Maintain momentum and challenge decisions to protect outcomes
The Successful Applicant
* Proven IT Project Manager with Dynamics CRM implementation experience
* Experience delivering complex enterprise IT or business projects
* Strong understanding of CRM processes and system integrations
* Confident stakeholder manager across technical and business teams
* Experienced with Agile, hybrid, or traditional delivery frameworks
* Strong governance, planning, and reporting capability
* Resilient, pragmatic, and comfortable operating under pressure
* Technical or development exposure within IT environments
