About the Role
This role supports a wide range of civil, mining services, and industrial projects across the Upper Hunter.
Each day brings something different – hands-on work, machinery operation, and being part of a hardworking crew delivering quality outcomes for major clients.
Key Responsibilities
General labouring duties across civil and industrial works
Operating plant & equipment (experience with excavators, loaders, rollers or similar is highly valued)
Assisting trades and site supervisors
Maintaining safe work practices at all times
Completing daily pre-starts, basic paperwork, and following site procedures
Supporting project teams to ensure smooth site operations
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in labouring and/or operating machinery
A strong work ethic and reliability
Able to follow direction and work as part of a team
White Card (required)
Plant operating tickets (highly regarded but not essential)
Drivers licence (P's or above)
