About the role
We have an opportunity to join our team in Adelaide, as a Float Legal Secretary, working with, supporting and covering periods of absence or overflow for experienced legal secretaries.
This role will see you building great relationships with our Legal Secretaries, as well as legal and business services teams and providing broad administrative support, including:
* preparing documents, dictation, photocopying, scanning and electronic filing
* billing
* managing the team's diary, emails and travel
* liaising with clients
* covering office services including reception, rounds and kitchen duties for periods of absence (lunch breaks and leave)
* general office administration
About you
To be successful in this role, you will have some legal secretarial or administrative experience with:
* the ability to work within a team
* an exceptional work ethic
* initiative, flexibility and positive attitude
* high attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
* superior communication skills
Please note, law students need not apply unless you are seeking a long term career in legal support, ie. as a Legal Secretary.
