About the Role:
The Multiskilled Carer will support residents with daily living, social and emotional needs, ensuring dignity, respect and independence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide personal care, including hygiene, grooming, dressing and mobility assistance
* Support independence and participation in meaningful activities, promoting dignity and choice
* Assist with safe medication administration
* Maintain accurate, timely documentation and communicate effectively with nursing, allied health and management
* Contribute to infection prevention and workplace health and safety practices
* Assist with mealtime support to meet nutritional needs
* Foster a respectful, supportive environment that upholds Juniper's values and residents' rights
* Be flexible to work across sites and shifts, supporting continuity of care
* Demonstrated experience working in aged care or similar roles
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to provide personal care and support residents with daily living needs
* Capacity to maintain accurate records and documentation
