**Responsibilities**:
- Create exceptional Guests experiences
- Provide and maintain a safe, happy and productive work environment
- Work, health and safety management
- Ensure that guests receive exceptional service, addressing any complaints or issues promptly and effectively.
- Implement and maintain high standards of customer service, training staff to meet these expectations.
- Monitor and respond to guest feedback to continuously improve the dining experience.
**About You**:
- Have proof of working rights in Australia (no sponsorship is offered)
- Have Approved Manager Licence
- Great Availability (AM and PM services)
- Strong understanding of the Liquor Act and WA legislation
- Restaurant supervisory experience
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Positive team player, responsible, organised, and self-motivated
- Patient, proactive, and able to work under pressure
- Enthusiastic and eager for career development
