About the role
As a Physiotherapist, you will:
* Deliver evidence-based therapy to customers living with disabilities, including assessment, intervention, reports and case management
* Empower customers to achieve a lifestyle of their choice through a person-centred approach
* Use the key worker model to collaborate with the multi-disciplinary therapy services team
* Conduct hub-based and community visits
* Liaise with families and external supports such as hospitals, agencies, schools and community services
Full Time position (part time considered) based at our Coolbinia hub.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
* Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy
* AHPRA registration
* Right to work in Australia
* National Police Clearance within 6 months
* Driver's Licence
* NDIS Workers Orientation Module
* NDIS Worker Screening check
* Working with Children Check
* First Aid Certificate
* COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate
