The Barlens Exhibition Team are looking for a Exhibition Coordinator with excellent communication skills to work in a fast past industry.
Position Purpose
The Exhibition Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the planning, coordination, and delivery of exhibition projects for clients in the event hire industry. This position is responsible for managing client requirements, coordinating internal resources, and ensuring events are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
The Role:
This exciting new opportunity will see you contact clients and establish event bookings while liaising with them to supply the best solution for their event requirements. This role will also see you grow your local network as you communicate with venue partners, involved stakeholders and the operations department.
Thorough administrative and computer skills will be required in this role to ensure that tasks are completed in the most efficient manner possible.

* Knowledge of WHS practices and risk management in event settings.
* Forklift license
