AUTO ELECTRICIAN – SPECIALIST EWP's and HEAVY EQUIPMENT

Great opportunity for a hands-on Service Auto Electrician to keep our hire fleet running safely and reliably. If you know your way around heavy gear, enjoy problem-solving, and like working with full autonomy — this role is for you.
If you like rolling up your sleeves, getting stuck into heavy machinery, and solving electrical problems on the go, this is the role for you. We're after a service auto electrician who can keep our hire fleet of Specialist EWP Trucks and other EWP's running safely and reliably.
What You'll Do:
* Diagnose, troubleshoot and fix electrical issues on Specialist EWP's and EWP Trucks
* Install lights, alarms, wiring, and electrical accessories
* Carry out inspections, testing and preventative maintenance
* Complete service records, parts logs and job notes
* Travel to customer sites and represent the company like a professional
* Follow all safety procedures and company standards
What You Need:
* Qualified Auto Electrician (Trade Certificate) or Similar Trade Qualification
* HR Truck Licence (desirable)
* Experience with heavy equipment or plant machinery
* Experience with EWP trucks (insulated and non-insulated – desirable)
* Strong diagnostics and fault-finding skills
* Able to work independently, think on your feet and get the job done
* Reliable, safety-focused, and great with customers
