Our role As the Account Director, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new customers for our Information Intelligence products. You will devise and implement strategic sales plans, identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiate contracts and co‑ordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions to meet our Customers’ needs.

This role reports to the Regional Director, EMEA Sales & Customer Success and is an individual contributor with no people management responsibilities.

A day in your role:

Drive revenue growth through retention, upsell, and new customer acquisition.

Build and execute strategic territory and account plans.

Demonstrate industry expertise and provide consultative insights to customers.

Collaborate closely with Presales, Product, Marketing, Consulting, and Customer Success teams.

Lead complex enterprise sales opportunities from discovery through negotiation and close.

Contribute to continuous improvement across products, processes, and customer engagement approaches.

Your skills, experience and beyond:

Strong business development skills, be able to work the provided leads as well as identify and qualify new opportunities.

Outstanding sales ability including outstanding negotiation skills, persuasive ability and exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

Experienced in one or more of the vertical markets of relevance, all levels of government, utilities, regulated industries.

Expert in Solution Selling, Strategic Selling or Challenger Selling methodologies.

Demonstrable experience of influencing both customers and partners at a senior level.

Minimum 10 years in an IT/software industry environment.

Be able to work autonomously and as an effective part of a team.
