National 360 is seeking an experienced and passionate Physiotherapist to join our team as a Clinical Practice Advisor. This role is ideal for a clinician with strong paediatric experience—particularly in assistive technology, NDIS (including ECEI pathways), and supporting children with complex developmental needs.
About The Role
* Provide clinical support, supervision, and mentorship to early-career and developing clinicians
* Promote evidence-based practice and consistent use of outcome measures in paediatric physiotherapy
* Collaborate with OTs, SPs, Behaviour Support Practitioners, and Early Childhood professionals within an integrated care model
* Maintain your own caseload, with flexibility to shape it based on your interests and expertise
* Ensure reporting quality assurance and uphold high standards of documentation
* Contribute to a strong culture of clinical governance, client safety, and continuous improvement
* Support clinical escalation and risk management as part of a broader leadership team

About You
* Tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy
* At least 5 years' experience working as a Physiotherapist in the community, private or actue setting
* AHPRA Registration
* Paediatric experience required
* A learning mindset and commitment to continuous development
* NDISWC / WWCC (or willingness to apply)
* Australian Driver's License
