Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesperson, based in Toowoomba, QLD, with flexibility to work from home on occasion. The Salesperson will be responsible for generating leads, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key tasks include developing product knowledge, preparing sales proposals, identifying customer needs, providing tailored solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service. The role also involves providing technical assistance, managing product inquiries, and supporting the delivery process to maintain customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
* Sales and customer relationship skills, with experience in lead generation, account management, and achieving sales targets
* Knowledge of the fastener supply industry, including products such as industrial fasteners, construction fasteners, and adhesives
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to address customer needs and build rapport
* Organizational skills to manage territories, prioritize leads, and maintain accurate reports
* Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
* Experience in technical sales and a background in construction or related industries is an advantage
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales, business, or related fields preferred
