About The Role
The Assistant House Supervisor is an entry-level position in residential care that offers a unique opportunity to develop leadership skills and make a positive impact on the lives of young people.
* This role provides support to the daily care, safety, and wellbeing of residents by working closely with the House Supervisor or Residential Care Coordinator.
Candidates should have experience in residential care, preferably within a therapeutic setting. A relevant Diploma in Community Services, Social Work, or related qualification is preferred but not essential for this position.
