Description
- Drive growth by developing and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance user experiences, efficiency, and productivity.
- Consult with management on long-term project goals and leverage critical thinking, communication, and analytics.
- Coordinate efforts of business analysts and facilitate discussions with various project stakeholders.
- Gather, document, configure, test, and conduct training on solutions related to complex software products/projects.
- Become a product subject matter expert to understand and align client goals with project initiatives.
- Handle project planning, status reports, time tracking, financial management, and training materials.
- Support customers with report creation, maintenance, and custom data requests for enterprise platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate efforts of business analysts and facilitate stakeholder discussions.
- Gather, document, and configure solutions related to software products/projects.
- Document requirements for new features and transition knowledge to the development team.
- Provide support to users by creating reports and query tools.
- Advise on end-user training for business applications.
- Troubleshoot and maintain existing applications.
- Provide technical consulting on information systems projects.
Qualifications
- A college degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 8 years of experience in business analysis or information technology.
- Excellent communication skills and professionalism.
- Ability to manage tasks without direct supervision.
- Self-motivated and able to keep abreast of technology and healthcare trends.
