About The Role
The Production Supervisor role is a full‐time position based at Coopers Plains, QLD. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will provide people and process leadership to the Gyprock Coopers Plains Production teams, ensuring the team's health & safety, the environment, and CSR's code of conduct are never compromised.
In This Role, You Will
* Supervise the production team on a rotating shift roster (Morning 6am‐2pm/Afternoon 2pm‐10pm and Night 10pm‐6am) – 24‐hour, 5 days a week operation.
* Ensure adherence with all Site Safety requirements, including PSIs, incident reporting/investigations and completing all corrective actions.
* Collaborate with Managers and Production employees as well as other parts of the areas including Process improvement and Engineers.
* Have excellent people management and problem‐solving skills as technical support will be required.
* Experience in analysing data and reporting.
What You Bring To The Role
* Demonstrated progressive experience in a production or process technical role in a similar industry.
* A strong commitment to safety awareness.
* Tertiary qualifications in Process Engineering or a related subject.
* Supervisory & motivational experience & knowledge (people person).
* Knowledge & production experience in a manufacturing environment.
