We're looking for a driven and motivated Associate Product Specialist to join the Western Australia team. This is a rare opportunity to step into the surgical device industry and work alongside experts in robotic-assisted surgery. You'll be trained, mentored, and supported to grow into a high-performing Product Specialist, with the chance to make a real impact in the operating theatre.
What You'll Be Doing
* Support senior Product Specialists in managing surgical devices across hospitals
* Attend robotic surgical procedures and provide theatre support and troubleshooting
* Deliver product information and clinical education to healthcare professionals
* Build relationships with surgeons, nurses, and hospital teams
* Keep customer records and admin up to date
* Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and workshops
Who This Role Is Perfect For
* A nurse, scrub scout, or clinical support rep looking to move into sales
* A science/health graduate with a passion for medical technology
* Someone with 1 to 2 years in healthcare or sales, ready to build a career
