We currently have two positions available—one at the Intermediate Accountant level and another at the Senior Accountant level.
Intermediate Accountant
As part of our planned growth in the Business Services Division, we are seeking an experienced Intermediate Accountant who is ready to take the next step in their career.
Working within a positive and close-knit team with a vibrant culture, this role will primarily focus on providing taxation services, accounting support, compliance, and business advice to a diverse range of business enterprises and individual clients.
With a class leading software stack including Xero, FYI Docs, CAS360 and much more, you will be well-positioned to contribute to the next stage of our business.
Responsibilities
Developing and maintaining long-term client relationships.
Providing accounting, taxation, and advisory advice to clients.
Preparing Financial Accounts and Tax Returns for Individuals, Partnerships, Trusts, and Companies.
Generating periodic Management Accounts and BAS.
Qualifications
A superior understanding of income tax and the Australian tax system.
Experience with various software packages such as Xero, MYOB, and XPM/FYI Docs.
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an Accountant in a professional services firm.
A Bachelor's Degree and working towards CA, CPA, or CTA designation.
Senior Accountant
As a Senior Accountant, you will play a key role in leading and managing client engagements, providing high-level accounting, taxation, and advisory services.
You will be responsible for mentoring and guiding junior team members, while actively contributing to the growth and success of our business.
Requirements
A strong foundation in accounting, taxation, and advisory services.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Extensive experience with various software packages such as Xero, MYOB, and XPM/FYI Docs.
A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Accountant in a professional services firm.
A Bachelor's Degree and CA, CPA, or CTA designation.
