About the Role
Due to our rapid growth, JPS is seeking an enthusiastic Recruitment Coordinator to join our head office team in Brisbane. The successful candidate will deliver strategic sourcing techniques to attract quality talent and to meet client needs across Australia whilst playing a key role in shaping our workforce.
This role will be working closely and reporting directly to the Recruitment, Mobilisation and Logistics Team Lead. The successful candidate must be able to thrive in a fast paced environment, demonstrate problem solving skills and deliver a seamless and positive recruitment journey for all candidates. 
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to;
- Ability to support management with the full cycle recruitment process
- Proactively provide reports and updates to management regarding talent pool and the recruitment process
- Liaise with management to understand candidate sourcing requirements for each site specific role
- Create position descriptions for each site specific position
- Prepare job ads and source candidates via job boards, Linkedin, social media and the JPS website
- Manage JPS talent pool and all expression of interest applications
- Screen resumes to identify suitable candidates
- Prepare and manage shortlist reports for management to review
- Provide advice and guidance to ensure management is selecting suitable candidates 
- Conduct phone screening with shortlisted candidates
- Schedule and manage interviews (online/in person)
- Assist management in selecting suitable candidates 
- Complete reference checks
- Prepare employment contracts, project completion and termination letters
- Prepare resume proposal to present candidates to the clients
- Provide a high level of customer service 
About the successful candidate:
- 3+ years experience in a similar position within the mining, oil and gas or resources industries 
- Excellent written and confident verbal communication skills
- Experience working with Linkedin, Seek and other recruitment platforms
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- High level of attention to details and a can-do attitude
- Ability to meet deadlines and to work effectively under pressure 
- Advanced computer skills 
- Solid time management skills and ability to multitask effectively 
- Knowledge of FIFO positions and logistic requirements (is highly desirable) 
- Ability to work autonomously or in a team
- Flexible and adaptable to change management
- Show accountability for each task
- Proof of working rights in Australia
