The bookkeeper will support the Payroll & HR Coordinator as a backup to the payroll function.The successful candidate's responsibilities will include:Preparing monthly management accounts to trial balance for Manteena and its subsidiaries. Ensuring all reconciliations and schedules are accurate and assisting in preparing the monthly financial reporting pack.Maintaining accurate financial reporting, including general ledger and accounts.Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.Providing high-quality, accurate, and timely advice to executives, operations managers, and other senior staff.Being the first point of contact for all bookkeeping-related issues.Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality financial reports.Assisting Payroll and HR Coordinator to deliver an accurate weekly payroll when required.Applications close on 11.59pm Sunday 28/04/2025About you:We are looking for an efficient and passionate Bookkeeper to join our growing team. You will be responsible for delivering accurate monthly reporting and managing transactions related to bookkeeping.
