Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Store Support Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to take their retail leadership experience to the next level.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting all operational and people aspects of the store. You will work closely with the Store Manager, assisting them in ensuring that key commercial targets are met or exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Store Manager in achieving business goals and objectives
* Assist in maintaining a store environment that is exceptionally presented, welcoming, and engaging for customers, team members, and the community
* Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
* Lead and develop a large team of over 100 team members
* Proven experience working in a fast-paced, complex environment
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Ability to coach, lead, and develop a large team (100+)
* Proven experience working in a fast-paced, complex environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
* Knowledge of retail operations and practices
