Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Educator to join our team, dedicated to creating a nurturing environment where children can grow and thrive.
As an Early Childhood Educator, you will be responsible for designing engaging learning experiences that foster social, emotional, and cognitive development in young children.
Key Responsibilities:
* Care for, nurture, and grow children's minds
* Support a team of Educators in meeting quality principles of curriculum and documentation
* Develop and implement learning experiences that promote play-based learning
* Be a team-mate and colleague who is collaborative and reflective to achieve best practice
* Build genuine care and connections with our children and families
* Focus on evolving your skills through personal growth and continuous improvement
* Present your room as a welcoming and safe environment for all
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or willingness to study towards a diploma)
* Current Working with Children's Check
* Current Child Protection Training
* Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR, and First Aid Certificate
* The ability to work rotating shifts, from Monday to Friday between 6:30am and 6:30pm
