Administrative Support Worker

About the Role
The Administrative Support Worker will provide critical day-to-day administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of the Health & Wellbeing unit.
Reporting to the Executive Manager, you will coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and reports, manage contracts and financial tracking, and assist with the planning and delivery of programs and events.
This role plays a vital part in enabling effective service delivery to the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community, by supporting systems and structures that drive our health initiatives forward.
About You - Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:
You will bring experience in business or office administration and demonstrate a strong understanding of the local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community and the health factors that impact them.
You’ll have:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and time management
Experience in contract administration and financial tracking
High-level computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
A proactive, multi-tasking approach to support a fast-paced, purpose-driven team
What We Offer:
Competitive pay and conditions based on the ACCHS Award – Level 4 Pay Point 1 based on experience and qualifications.
Salary packaging of $15,900 available for Part- or Full-time employees.
