Our client has got an exciting, new, opportunity to join their company in a brand new role as Head of Sales to support their rapidly growing organisation.
Initially, the role will suit someone who enjoys hunting and farming for new business opportunities by leverging your expansive network. Thereafter, the role will be responsible for architecting and delivering a sales strategy and building out a team of Account Executives and Business Development Executives across their target markets. The person should be excited by selling into new markets, strategizing next steps, negotiating complex deals and beating the competition in head to head opportunities.
**Technical Competencies/Qualifications include;**
- Over 10 years of experience in a Sales Role
- Excellent overall communication abilities including strong presentation skills and ability to modify approach to suit various audiences.
- Ability to contribute to formulation and management of an effective partner plan.
- Good networking abilities both internal and external to the organization.
- Highly results driven including willing to lead by example.
- Strong time management and service ethic.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Possess a Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
