Senior Construction Manager Role
This position entails leading a team of professionals in various works throughout the region. The primary focus will be on remediation and refurbishment projects, where you will build your experience on construction/remediation projects.
About the Position
* Day-to-day site management
* Hands-on roles and responsibilities
* Guide the team on productive safe work behavior
* Set up sites and completions
* Coordinate employee and subcontractor tasks and capture work hours
* Liaise closely with the Project Coordinator to ensure projects run to schedule
* Champion compliance with HSEQ requirements
About You
* Ability to lead, plan for and manage onsite resources, including labour and equipment
* Experience in maintaining and promoting health and safety in the workplace
* Leadership qualities with ability to develop employees and build subcontractor site teams
* Verbal and written communication skills
* Trade certification and/or construction management qualifications
* Current Drivers Licence
