* Act as the project owner and primary coordinator between customers and internal teams for high-value medical imaging equipment projects, including MRI, CT, PET-CT, DR, RT, etc.
* Lead site planning and site assessment activities, including scanning room layout, workflow design, site risk assessment, and site preparation guidance, ensuring full compliance with equipment and regulatory requirements.
* Provide technical consultation and required equipment-related information to customers throughout the project lifecycle.
* Develop and manage project plans and schedules, covering site preparation, shipment, equipment delivery, installation, commissioning, and application training.
* Coordinate and align cross-functional stakeholders (sales, service, logistics, factory, vendors, and customers) to ensure smooth project execution and on-time delivery.
* Oversee equipment installation, commissioning, customer acceptance testing (SAT), and completion of handover documentation to ensure successful project closure.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Automation, Construction Engineering, or related disciplines.
* 3+ years of experience in project management, installation, or customer service related to high-value medical imaging or large medical equipment.
* Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
* Willingness to work on-site, overseas, and beyond standard working hours when required by project needs.
* Ability to work under pressure, learn independently, and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
