We are seeking two passionate and dedicated individuals to join our full-time kitchen team at a busy Mexican restaurant in Canberra. No prior experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training to help you grow with our business.
About the Roles:
Position 1: Chef / Cook
Prepare and cook menu items quickly while maintaining consistency. Assist with weekly prep days (Wednesdays, venue closed) and maintain hygiene and stock rotation.
Hours: Wednesdays (prep), Thurs-Sun from 12pm until late. Closed Mondays, Tuesdays, and public holidays.
Position 2: Support Role
Assist chefs with bulk prep items, responsible for cleaning, organisation, and stock rotation. Transport stock between venues using our refrigerated vehicle (full driver's licence required). Great entry role for building a career in hospitality. Hours: Consistent full-time hours aligned with prep and service schedules.
