About the Role
We are seeking an accomplished Textile Designer to lead our design development process from concept to final artwork, ensuring all designs align with our brand DNA and seasonal direction.
This role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to interpret trend insights, create original and commercially viable designs, and mentor junior designers to elevate the overall creative output.
Key responsibilities include anticipating market shifts, balancing creativity with business objectives, and delivering designs that excite and inspire our customers.
Requirements
* A relevant degree or qualification in a related field, e.g., Textile Design, Graphic Design, Fashion Design.
* Extensive experience in textile design, ideally within activewear, intimates, or lifestyle categories.
* Proven ability to lead the design process from concept to delivery, balancing creativity with commercial needs.
* Expertise in identifying and interpreting emerging fashion and lifestyle trends into innovative, brand-right designs.
* Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and MS Excel.
* Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities to guide and inspire junior designers.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
