They're bringing their SEO capability in-house, and they're looking for an SEO Manager to lead and mature the function, initially across Australia and the UK, with expansion into additional regions and brands as the business grows.

The Role
You'll own the SEO across AU and the UK as an initial focus, shaping how customers discover and engage with the brand. You'll work closely with developers, designers, and leadership to strengthen communication, stabilise foundations and build SEO structures that support long-term growth.
Technical SEO
* Crawlability, indexing, architecture & internal linking
* Core Web Vitals improvements
* Structured data implementation & AI-search readiness
* Duplicate/thin content cleanup & indexation control
Content & Search Architecture
* Keyword clustering & semantic mapping
Analytics, Reporting & Operations
* Dashboards in GA4, GSC, Looker Studio, Ahrefs/Semrush
* Weekly snapshots, monthly insights, quarterly roadmaps
* Clear documentation of decisions, reasoning & priorities
* Light oversight of Google Ads via external partners (once SEO foundations are stable)

About You
You're an experienced SEO operator who brings structure, clarity, and intention to your work. You lead when needed, execute when required, and care deeply about the why behind the work.
You bring:
* 4–6+ years SEO experience
* International experience (AU/UK ideal)
* Strong technical depth (crawl/indexing/CWV/schema)
* Migration experience or readiness
* Confidence working with developers, UX, and cross-functional teams
* Excellent documentation & clarity in communication
* A solutions-focused approach in dynamic environments
* PPC oversight literacy
* Agency/contractor guidance
