We are recognized as leaders in Cloud, Data, Analytics, and AI.About youWe are seeking a Senior Consultant with:At least 3 years of experience in Technical Business Analyst roles within advisory and Data Management consulting.Strong knowledge of Data Management frameworks, processes, tools, and technologies.Advanced SQL skills for analyzing large datasets; experience applying these skills in projects is advantageous.Skills in data analysis, profiling, understanding data management patterns in Data Warehousing, and data presentation.Consultative skills including stakeholder identification, engagement, and management.Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.Understanding of data modeling concepts like 3NF, Dimensional, Data Vault.Beneficial experience in Data Analysis, Business Analysis, and Project Delivery.Ability to connect industry-specific business requirements to solutions and recommend best practices for processes, governance, and organizational models.Experience in a consulting environment across diverse domains and onboarding complex solutions to BAU.Leadership skills, including team oversight, scoping, planning, and management.Experience working with both technical and business teams, and strong client engagement skills, especially with executives.Strong analytical and organizational skills to handle high-priority projects effectively.Additional skills in Business Case Analysis, AI & Data strategy are highly advantageous.Why Deloitte?We focus on interesting and impactful work, continuous learning, innovation, and setting standards.
