The Opportunity:
With recent internal movement, an opportunity has opened for a junior estimator or pricing analyst looking to grow and develop their skill set in commercial cleaning and other facilities management services. You will work closely with senior leadership who will provide ongoing mentorship and support, sales staff and operations to develop and deliver.
As Estimator, your responsibilities will be varied and include:
* Pricing of services across cleaning and facilities services
* Identifying and computing the cost of labour, materials and time requirements for the work to be carried out
* Contributing to and maintaining pricing models to support the bidding process
* Providing advice and liaise with internal stakeholders including HR, senior leadership, and sales staff in order to prepare responses and quotations
* Reviewing, analysing and understanding all client documents, including but not limited to Briefs, Conditions, Contracts, Labour, Specifications and Service Agreements.
* Attending site visits on occasion to understand the scope of work and assist in pricing
* The preparation of special reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising information and trends
* Stakeholder management and reporting, including formalised presentation of tenders to the C-suite level

Your Attributes and Experience:
We are looking for a unique individual who is committed and confident in their approach to estimating.
Experience in commercial cleaning or facilities services, demonstrating exposure to labour models, will see you thrive. You might already be an estimator or working in operations, capable of pricing, and looking to change positions.
* 3-5 years of experience as an estimator or pricing analyst within cleaning or facilities management
* You will excel in attention to detail and strong commercial acumen, with the ability to understand financial modelling, pricing tools, and benchmarks.
* Strong IT skills, including a proficiency in AI, would be highly regarded.
