Job Description
We are currently seeking a Storage Consultant to join our team based in Robina and Burleigh Heads. This is an exciting opportunity to become involved with our brand and be part of a fast-growing industry.
As a Storage Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day management of the store and working closely with the management team to deliver exceptional store results and customer service.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering customer service excellence and a willingness to learn new skills associated with sales and customer service. You will also be self-motivated and able to work using your own initiative or with support and direction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional customer service and sales
• Support the day-to-day management of the store
• Work closely with the management team to achieve business objectives
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
• Contribute to the overall success of the store by providing excellent service and achieving sales targets
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Willingness to learn new skills associated with sales and customer service
• Self-motivated and able to work using your own initiative or with support and direction
• Enjoy problem solving and taking ownership of tasks
• Passion for delivering customer service excellence, with an above and beyond attitude and work ethic
• Enthusiasm as a team player with a hands-on approach to a diverse range of tasks

• Written and verbal communication skills
• Physically fit
• Driver's license
