Job Overview

Department of Education WA – Cannington WA. Permanent part‐time (0.6FTE) position commencing Term 3, 2026.

Role within Cannington Community College supporting enrolment processing and administrative tasks to enable the school's effective operation.

Role and Responsibilities

The Enrolment and Administration Support Officer will:

* Process student enrolments and related documentation with high quality and accuracy.
* Provide administrative support to the Principal and Deputy Principals.
* Assist the Manager Corporate Services and the wider administration team.
* Manage competing priorities while maintaining confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism.
* Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills

* Proven experience in enrolment administration.
* Strong working knowledge of Student Information Systems (SIS) and Compass.
* Excellent organisational and time‐management skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work autonomously.
* Highly organised, hard‐working, and proactive.

Eligibility

* Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident, or holder of a valid visa with work rights for the term of the appointment.
* Valid Working With Children Check.
